Sample Preservative Fluid

【Usage】For preservation of nucleic acid in the virus sample.

【Principle and Advantage】

This product contains ingredients that effectively inhibit DNase/RNase activity and can stably

preserve viral nucleic acid in various samples for a week at room temperature without degradation.

This product is simple and convenient to use, can be widely used in hospitals, research institutes

and others to collect and transport virus samples under room temperature.

【Storage and Shelf Life】

1． The kit can be stored at room temperature (15-25℃) away from light.

2． The kit can be stored for 12 months stably.

【Sample Collection】

Nasopharyngeal swab: Wipe bilateral tonsils and posterior pharyngeal wall with moderate

intensity force. Avoid touching the tongue. After collection, place the swab into a sample storage

tube containing Sample RNA Stabilizer immediately, break off the swab rod, discard the rod, and

then tighten the cap. Place the sample storage tube at room temperature for up to one week, for

long time storage, please store at -20°C.

Before sample extraction, shake the swab storage tube vigorously for 1 min, and take 200-300μL

of soaking solution for testing.

1. Before using the product, check whether the packaging is damaged. If it is damaged, it is

strictly prohibited to use it.

2. When taking multiple samples at the same time, take care to prevent cross-contamination

between samples.
